Jorginho wants the Arsenal board to hand a new long-term contract to manager Mikel Arteta.
With just over a year remaining on his current deal with the Gunners, Arteta, who took the managerial reins in December 2019, disclosed last month that there were no imminent updates on a possible extension.

"I feel he feels good here and I honestly don't see him going," he said. "It is really important for the club for him to stay because him Edu, the board, the whole club, they have created something special. I don't believe he wants to go as well."
