Wike: Fubara will teach opponents political lesson in Rivers – Chief of Staff, Ehie warns

The Chief of Staff to Governor Sim Fubara of Rivers State, Edison Ehie, has disclosed that the governor would teach his opponents a political lesson.

Ehie attributed the crisis in the state to the struggle for resource control.

He spoke yesterday in Ahoada East Local Government Area of the state during a thanksgiving service on the governor’s victory at the Supreme Court.

According to Ehie: “We are going to teach them a lesson of political arithmetic.

“What that small boy (Fubara) will do to you, you’ll know that khaki nor be leather.

“The problem we have in the state is that 11 persons said they would control the resources of Rivers State. These 11 persons now called 20 others to allocate resources to themselves.”

Fubara and the Minister of the Federal Capital Territory, FCT, have been at parallel over the political resources in the state.

Despite the intervention of President Bola Tinubu, the cold war between Fubara and Wike has continued.
