A Fenland youngster is ready to take his career up another gear as he aims to make his mark on the national karting scene.
Shaye Hilton, 12, is competing in the British Kart Championship after competing in more than 10 MSUK to upgrade to a national licence.
The Marshland High School pupil took to the BKC and in his first round was ninth after finding himself up against some of the best drivers in the country.
The youngster is looking for new sponsors as he looks to eventually fulfil his dream of becoming an F1 racing driver in the future.
