Today, on May 12, residents of the temporarily occupied Berdiansk heard a loud explosion, according to the head of the Berdiansk city military administration, Victoria Halitsina.
According to her, residents of different neighborhoods of Berdiansk heard the explosion.
Halitsina has not yet disclosed more information about the incident.
Explosions in Berdiansk
The temporarily occupied Berdiansk is located 100 kilometers from the front line on the coast of the Azov Sea. Despite such a long distance, explosions are regularly heard there.
In particular, on May 5, a car was blown up in Berdiansk, killing an employee of the occupation penal colony. The explosives were placed under the car.
On May 2, an explosion was heard in the Dormash district of Berdiansk, where Russian troops are stationed.
