‘Will be discussed’: Chelsea will talk about loaning out ‘special’ player soon – Fabrizio Romano

Fabrizio Romano has claimed that Chelsea are already in talks about loaning out one player next season.

The transfer window is expected to be very busy for Chelsea this summer as they look to address the issues that remain in their current first team squad.

In order to spend again at the end of this season, they are likely to have to part ways with a number of first team stars to facilitate that.

Conor Gallagher’s name continues to be mentioned as a player who could be on the move, despite the fact he has played a crucial role in Mauricio Pochettino’s plans this summer.

This may come as a result of the well-stacked nature of the midfield when everyone is fit, with a number of young stars looking to burst on the scene too.

One of those is Andrey Santos, who has seen his personal ambitions turnaround after his second loan spell at Strasbourg has worked out far better than his original at Nottingham Forest.

Andrey Santos loan set to be discussed

He found the net in the last minute of their latest Ligue 1 game to pick up al three points, and Romano has claimed on Twitter that there are already talks scheduled over his future.

He said: “Chelsea are very happy with Andrey Santos development as he scored key goal in injury time vs Metz. He’s also been voted POTM for April after his performances at Strasbourg.

“New loan to the BlueCo club will be discussed with player and agents soon.”

Santos joined the club with a lot of fanfare last summer, and was one of the biggest names they brought in when it comes to their model for the future.

Chelsea close to agreeing Estevao Willian fee

They could be about to add to this in the coming days with his countryman, Estevao Willian, who the club have already reportedly agreed personal terms with.

While a fee still needs to be agreed between the two clubs, the Blues are big favourites to pull off a deal at this stage.
