Prince Harry ‘gives whole list’ of demands to royals as Duke ‘determined’ not to alter position

Prince Harry allegedly gave King Charles a "list of demands" in his request to meet him during his latest UK visit, it has been claimed.

The Duke of Sussex failed to see any members of the Royal Family last week, as he attended an Invictus Games thanksgiving service ahead of his trip to Nigeria.

Speaking to GB News, royal biographer Angela Levin claimed that the prince is "determined to stick to his position" in requesting meetings with his estranged father in the UK.

According to Levin, Buckingham Palace revealed they had received "no request" from Harry to see the King during his time in London.

Prince Harry was then reunited with Meghan Markle at Heathrow Airport as they began their whistle-stop tour of Nigeria, accepting an invitation from the country's Chief of Defence Staff.

Discussing the Duke's weakening relations with the Royal Family, Levin told GB News that the Prince used to be "kind and generous", but now "gives a whole list" when he wants to see his family.

Levin explained: "Harry used to be the one who would help rouse within the Royal Family, he was known for it.

"He was kind, he was generous, he would make them laugh, but that's all gone now. He's very, very determined."

Detailing the royal's changing approach to UK visits, Levin revealed that Harry presented a "list" for the King and Queen ahead of his return, instead of asking when they were available.

LATEST DEVELOPMENTS:

The royal biographer told GB News: "He has been determined at times when he wants to see the King, his father, he will say it has to be this time. And he doesn't want Camilla there or someone else there.

"He gives a whole list of when he can come, instead of turning it round and saying, how can I please you? How can I come at a time that suits you? Let me stay for a couple of days."

Levin also suggested that the Duke should "not discuss the past" and "not start shouting at that they've got to apologise for Meghan or him".

She advised: "Try to start from the beginning, I think that is their only way round. I can't imagine that he still sticks to everything, he's very, very determined not to move. And I think that's a great shame."

Angela Levin

When pressed by Eamonn Holmes on whether Prince Harry and Meghan Markle would be "reintegrated" back into the Royal Family, Levin was doubtful and revealed she "doesn't think they'd want that".

Levin told Eamonn and Isabel: "I think if they do want to do that, and I don't think they do, certainly not Meghan, is they'd have to compromise.

"Harry has said he's no longer a member of the Royal Family, and he stepped back from all these things. So I don't think he'd have a chance to do that."
