Russian troops strike Kharkiv with guided bombs: Destruction and casualties reported

On the morning of May 14, the Russian military shelled Kharkiv with two guided aerial bombs. The attack destroyed garages and injured people, according to the head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, Oleh Syniehubov.

Russia attacked the Kyivkyi district of Kharkiv at 6:30 a.m.

Two people were injured as a result of the Russian shelling with UMPB D-30 guided aerial bombs: a man of 52 and a woman of 66. The woman was diagnosed with an acute stress reaction and was treated on the spot.

In addition, the bombs destroyed three garages and damaged three more. Another hit was recorded in an open area.

Kharkiv Mayor Ihor Terekhov says that Kharkiv was hit by two guided aerial bombs.

"One hit destroyed three garages and damaged several others. The second one hit an open area. Both of them landed in a densely populated area," the mayor notes.

Russians attack Kharkiv almost every day and night with attack drones, ballistic missiles, and guided aerial bombs.

On the morning of May 14, explosions were heard in Kharkiv. Later it became known that Russia attacked the Kyivskyi district of the city, where many residential buildings are located.

On the night of May 13, a series of explosions also occurred in Kharkiv.

Before that, on May 12, the Russian occupiers attacked the suburbs of Kharkiv. Two strikes were recorded there.

Meanwhile, the Russians broke through the border and continue to advance in the northwest of the Kharkiv region. Russia is trying to create a buffer zone in the region.
