Trump Trial Latest: Vivek Ramaswamy In Courtroom, Michael Cohen Testimony Continues

Micahel Cohen is expected to continue testimony at Donald Trump's hush money trial on Tuesday. He could be on the stand for several more days.

Trump's attorneys will try to undermine his credibility and convince the jury that he is a liar who is out to get the former president.

Former Republican presidential candidate Vivek Ramaswamy will reportedly be in the courtroom on Tuesday.

A spokesperson for the former biotech executive confirmed the information to Fox News.

"The best proof that the Trump trial is a sham: if DJT had done the exact *opposite* of the alleged crime, they'd still be prosecuting him & have an even stronger case," Ramaswamy said in a statement.

Ramaswamy has been speculated as one of Trump's possible choices to run as his vice presidential candidate.

Other Trump allies have spent time in the courtroom. They include Sen. JD Vance, Sen. Tommy Tuberville, Sen. Rick Scott and Rep. Nicole Malliotakis.

Vance is also considered a possibility for the number two role on Trump's ticket.

Prosecutors claim the Trump Organization reimbursed Cohen for a $130,000 hush money payment made to former porn star Stormy Daniels.

They claim the payments were fraudulently logged as legal expenses.

Trump faces 34 felony charges. He has denied any wrongdoing in the case.
