What Happened: During CNBC’s “Last Call” on Tuesday, Kasich pointed out Biden’s weak economic polling and recommended a new economic team to improve the situation.
"He's not a good communicator," Kasich said.
“I would suggest he put together an economic team… to talk about what he would do in the second term. What an administration would do and contrast that with Donald Trump.”
