Not only has there been the release of the unexpected double album The Tortured Poets Department, but the Eras Tour is also continuing to take the world by storm. Boasting 115.6 million monthly listeners on Spotify, however, it’s a fact that millions are missing out on a secret video she has shared…
Taylor Swift has a secret video on her YouTube channel
Swifties have discovered there is a video titled ‘Change’ from Taylor Swift’s YouTube channel that only presents itself in the ‘For You’ section of the app/site.
It was uploaded on Thursday, May 2nd 2024. However, it doesn’t appear when you check Taylor’s official uploads, the most recent to appear is from three weeks ago: the official lyric video for the song I Hate It Here.
The video itself contains audio of the song Change, the closing track from her 2008 album Fearless. Not the more recent Taylor’s version, but instead the original.

Currently, the video only has 710,191 views, ultimately unheard of for an upload from Taylor. Judging from her Spotify reach alone, that means millions upon millions of fans have missed out on the secret video.
Fans who found it call themselves ‘Chosen Swifties’
Swifties have been quick to react to the intriguing new drop. “Are you telling me not everyone sees this?” one asked in disbelief. “I can’t, I love this.”
People who had the video appear in their ‘For You’ have begun to refer to themselves as “Chosen Swifites’ in the comment section: “If you’re a chosen Swiftie raise your hands.”
“This video only has 545k views in seven days and it doesn’t even appear on her channel,” another assessed. “We’re definitely the chosen ones y’all.”
One argued “This is the closest I’ll ever be to being a Swiftie, who feels like they’re finally being involved, counted, and seen. AFTER 12 YEARS!”
“So happy to be a part of the chosen ones,” a commenter beamed, another writing they’re “so honored to be here with you all.”
Capturing the mood, one comment reads: “I’m so confused but honored to be here.”
