Jeremy Clarkson named UK's 'sexiest man' for second year as star sees off several big names to top spot

Jeremy Clarkson has been named as the UK and Ireland's "sexiest man" for the second year in a row.

The Clarkson's Farm star, 64, managed to beat off some stiff competition including Idris Elba and Cillian Murphy in the race to bag to coveted accolade.

The former Top Gear presenter managed to gain a score of nine out of 10 points in IllicitEncounters' annual poll.

Actor Tom Holland was also in the dating site's top 10, coming in second place, with the Prince of Wales also making it to the top five.

Meanwhile, his brother Prince Harry finished far behind in 47th place.

The poll is voted on by the site's 2,000 female members, with each name being scored between one and 10.

Spokesperson at Illicitencounters.com, Jessica Leoni, stated: "Clarkson and his farm is a bit like Noah's ark, and just like the animals in that story, his victory in the Sexiest Man vote has come in twos."

Speaking to MailOnline, she added: "We all know about his brash persona, but the latest series of Diddly Squat has shown he can tug at heartstrings too - and clearly his farmer look continues to set hearts racing.

"Just like last year's poll, we knew providing our members with a list of 50 famous names across both genders and asking them to score them on their 'sexiness' would throw up some surprises - we're not putting it past Clarkson to go for the three-peat next year!"

It comes as Clarkson recently announced he's already filming the fourth series of his popular Amazon Prime series Clarkson's Farm.

Idris Elba

The series has made a star out of Clarkson's 25-year-old colleague Kaleb Cooper.

His staggering six-figure fortune was recently revealed when Kaleb Cooper Productions Limited, the company that looks after his TV-related activities, saw its year-end earnings jump from £122,436 to £242,449.

His second business - Kaleb Cooper Contracting Limited - has also seen a turn in profits and seen its year-on-year cash in the bank increase from £52,067 to £96,387.

The figures, which can be viewed by Companies House, show that Cooper has upped his equity across both companies by a whopping £164,333, making his dream of becoming a farm owner more of a reality.
