Man charged with threat to decapitate Biden

A federal grand jury indicted a Pennsylvania man for posting a video threat to kill President Joe Biden and his cabinet memebrs.

Jordan Gee, of Nanticoke, was charged with three felony counts of threats against the president and one count of interstate threats for allegedly posting his intentions online following a Biden visit to Scranton, reported the Times Leader.

“Joe Biden: I’m going to kill you and your whole Cabinet,” he said in one, while in another he wrote: “If you come to my city in Scranton, Pennsylvania, I’m cutting your f---ing head off in front of everybody, I promise," according to prosecutors.

The 37-year-old Gee, who will be arraigned May 29 in Wilkes-Barre, faces up to 20 years in prison.

He also faces charges of retail theft and resisting arrest in an unrelated case, where police said he stole a bag of coffee from a coffee shop April 15 and struggled with officers as they took him into custody.

Gee remains jailed at the Luzerne County Correctional Facility.
