U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken announced on May 15 an additional $2 billion military aid package for Ukraine. These funds will be directed both towards establishing Ukraine's "defense enterprise program and further enhance Ukraine's ability to defend against Russia and its continued assault," Patel said.
