Rudy Giuliani Served with Indictment in Arizona Vote Interference Case After Off-Key Karaoke at His 80th Birthday Bash

Rudy Giuliani was served an indictment in an alleged plot to overturn the 2020 election results in Arizona at 80th birthday bash in Florida after his off-key karaoke rendition of "New York, New York."

Two officials with the Arizona attorney general's office showed up Friday night in Palm Beach featuring a patriotic-themed cake to hand Giuliani the papers in front of about 75 guests — including Steve Bannon and convicted felon Roger Stone.

The New York Post reported that some partygoers began screaming and one woman began crying.

Sources compared the officials' arrival to the storming of Normandy, according to thePost — a sentiment echoed by Giuliani's spokesman Ted Goodman.

"It's unfortunate that they chose to barge up and startle guests during a celebration of this man's 80th birthday," Goodman told the Post.

"They could've shown a little more respect for the man who comforted the nation following September 11 and who stands up for law enforcement and the men and women in blue," he said.

The indictment accuses Giuliani and 17 other allies of former President Donald Trump of launching a "fake electors" plot to reverse the outcome of the election in the state in favor of Trump

The serving of the papers finally ended a cat-and-mouse game between Giuliani and Arizona Attorney General Kris Mayes, who had a difficult time locating Giuliani, who was the last to be served of all the defendants.

Giuliani had just boasted on a now deleted post on X Friday night: "If Arizona authorities can't find me by tomorrow morning. 1. They must dismiss the indictment; 2. They must concede they can't count the votes."

It was followed by aposting from Mayes.

"The final defendant was served moments ago," she said on X. "@RudyGiuliani Nobody is above the law."

Mayes linked to Giuliani's posting.
