Donald Trump is demanding that current President of the US Joe Biden undergo a drug test ahead of their joint debates, reports The Hill.

As reported by The Hill, Trump made this statement during the Lincoln Reagan Dinner Friday in Minnesota.

"I am, no I really am. I don’t want him coming in like the State of the Union, he was high as a kite," Trump said.

Previously, Trump stated in an interview that Biden was overly excited at the beginning of his speech about the state of the country, suggesting that he might have been high.

Recall that Biden and Trump have agreed to hold two stages of debates in June and September on CNN and ABC.

Presidential election in the US

On November 5 of this year, the US is set to hold its next presidential election. However, the main candidates for the future presidency are the current President of the US, Joe Biden, and Donald Trump, who was the president of the US until 2020.

Nevertheless, American media outlets claim that Biden may withdraw his candidacy from the presidential election. Instead, he supposedly will offer former President Barack Obama's wife, Michelle Obama, as his replacement.
