New drone attack in Russia - One falls on territory of refinery in Krasnodar region

In Russia, the aftermath of a drone attack on Krasnodar Krai during the night of May 18-19 continues to be documented. The attack reportedly targeted an oil refinery, where a drone allegedly fell on the premises, according to the Operational Headquarters of Krasnodar Krai, Russia.

"In Slavyansk-on-Kuban, one of the drones fell on the premises of an oil refinery," the statement reads.

Naturally, local authorities have already reported that there are allegedly no casualties, damage, or fires.

Furthermore, allegedly, the Headquarters claimed to have neutralized ten drones. Additionally, a drone fell in the Kushchyovsky district.

"A localized fire broke out, which, according to the occupiers, did not affect residential areas. Firefighting operations are underway, with no casualties or damage reported," the headquarters informed.

Explosions in Russia

During the night of May 19, a powerful explosion occurred in Vyborg, Leningrad oblast, followed by a fire, unofficially reported to have taken place at a local oil depot.

Additionally, in the village of Kushchyovskaya, Krasnodar Krai, a UAV attacked a military airfield.

On May 17, Russians reported explosions in Novorossiysk (Krasnodar Krai, Russia), with the port coming under attack. It was later revealed to be an operation by Ukrainian Special Services (SSU). Specifically, the SSU and the Main Intelligence Directorate launched a drone attack on key Russian facilities in Sevastopol, Tuapse, and Novorossiysk.
