Paris Fury makes promise after missing Tyson Fury's devastating defeat to Oleksandr Usyk

Paris Fury has sent a sweet message to husband Tyson Fury after the 35-year-old was beaten by Oleksandr Usyk in Saudi Arabia on Saturday night.

Fury had gone into the biggest fight of his life unbeaten but, at the Kingdom Arena, saw that record ruthlessly ended.

Paris wasn't in the Middle East for the showdown, with the 34-year-old missing the bout after saying she was a 'bag of nerves'.

And she's now taken to Instagram to express her regret at not being able to watch the action, while also promising to never miss out again.

Sharing a picture of the couple in their younger years, she said: "19 and 20 on this newly married, love him more than ever, best man in my eyes.

"Will never not be at your side for a fight again. Even though I couldn't be there, I wished I was."

Paris is usually ringside whenever Tyson fights.

However, she recently revealed she doesn't like watching her husband in action - insisting she 'hates' it.

"I hate it I've got to be truthful, that's the flat out answer," she said.

"I support him but I don't enjoy it. I hate being there but on the other hand, I feel like I have to be there.

"I feel like, if I'm not there, what happens if something goes wrong and I’m not with him?"

Fury, meanwhile, said he'd lost to a 'good little man'.

But the Briton also feels he was wronged, with the 35-year-old insisting the judges got their scores wrong - and only gave Usyk the win due to the ongoing war in Ukraine.

"I believe I won that fight, I believe he won a few of the rounds, but I won the majority of them," he said.

"We both put on a good fight. His country is at war, so people are siding with the country at war.

"Make no mistake, I won that fight in my opinion. We've got a rematch clause.

"I've had a split decision loss to a good little man. We run it back in October. Well done Oleksandr."

As for Usyk, the 37-year-old paid tribute to his late father after becoming undisputed heavyweight champion of the world.

“Last time when my father saw me was in my dreams," he said.
