Richarlison appears to aim dig at Arsenal right after Tottenham beat Sheffield United today

Richarlison has seemingly aimed a dig at Arsenal after Tottenham Hotspur’s north London rivals missed out on the Premier League title today.

Mikel Arteta’s side dragged the title race right down to the wire but Manchester City’s 3-1 victory over West Ham United ensured the title will remain at the Etihad Stadium.

Arsenal took care of business at home to Everton, with Kai Havertz’s late effort handing them a 2-1 win.

After what has been an incredible season for the Gunners, they have agonisingly missed out on the ultimate prize by two points.

A crucial moment in the title race came earlier this week, with City picking up a 2-0 victory at Tottenham.

Spurs had opportunities to level the game on the night, with Heung-min Son denied by a superb save from Stefan Ortega late in the game.

Now, Tottenham star Richarlison has seemingly aimed a dig at his rivals on Instagram.

Richarlison appears to aim dig at Arsenal

Spurs secured a fifth-place finish with a 3-0 win at Sheffield United today, with Dejan Kulusevski at the double.

Richarlison missed out through injury but the Brazilian was quick to take to social media after today’s action.

With Arsenal missing out on the title, the Spurs star posted a video where he appears to poke fun at Arsenal.

The video shows a young child crying before bursting out in laughter, while Richarlison captioned the post with a grinning face emoji.

Richarlison’s clash with Gabriel Magalhaes

It’s fair to say that Richarlison isn’t exactly a popular figure amongst Arsenal supporters.

The 26-year-old was involved in a confrontation with Gabriel Magalhaes after the north London derby last month. The forward had ruffled some feathers during the game while picking up a yellow card for barging Gabriel to the floor off the ball.

He has since apologised to his compatriot but his latest post on social media is unlikely to go down well on the red side of north London.
