However, alarm bells really started to ring for fans when Affleck appeared ‘off’ at Tom Brady’s roast. Many fans said the star looked ‘unrecognizable’ at the Netflix special, with many questioning his behavior.
Instead of taking part in the funny ‘roast’ of the former NFL star, the 51-year-old appeared to ‘go on a rant’ about social media users ‘trolling’ Brady. The event took place a night before the Met Gala, in which the On The Floor singer was co-chairing alongside celebrities including Zendaya.
Fans expected Ben to turn up to the event in New York to be by his wife’s side, however, no such luck. The distance could be to blame, however, Kim Kardashian also attended the roast in Los Angeles and still made it across the State on time.
Most recently, this Friday, the Batman star was seen without his wedding band, as he met his ex-wife, Jennifer Garner, and their daughter Violet, to watch their son play basketball. He was spotted leaving his rental in Brentwood, where he is said to currently be staying.
Last week, a source reportedly told InTouch that they were “headed for a divorce,” and that Affleck had “moved out of the family home.” The couple, however, have made no comment on the claims.
Despite all the ‘signs’ and suspicions, it looks like the latest sign may mean the couple are heading in a much more ‘positive direction’.

It’s said the pair were leaving a school event in Santa Monica, after arriving separately. It’s said they went out for dinner together afterward, according to TMZ, and Affleck’s wedding ring was back.
That’s not all, the Gone Girl star had his phone pointed towards the cameras, in which J Lo could be seen saved as ‘Jennifer Affleck’.
Lopez was sitting next to him in the car, so fans are confused as to why she was calling him. Maybe it was a clever way to send fans a message without saying anything to paps at all…
