Nikki Glaser is opening up on her thoughts about Ben Affleck’s performance at Tom Brady’s roast, and she’s not holding back.
The Hollywood star took to the stage in Los Angeles a couple of weeks ago as a ‘surprise guest’ at the Netflix live show, but his performance went down like a lead balloon. Ben Affleck and Tom Brady have worked together on a Dunkin’ commercial, so it looked like he’d be the perfect celebrity guest. However, his performance suggests otherwise.

Everyone knows the point of a roast is to savagely ‘take the mick’ out of the target, in a humorous way. Well, everyone except Ben Affleck.
Instead of hilariously poking fun at his friend, the movie star proceeded to go on a rant about the former NFL star’s social media followers ‘trolling’ him.
“I haven’t watched it [back] because I don’t like to watch people bomb,” comedian Nikki Glaser said on Barstool Sports’ “KFC Radio” podcast. “He didn’t prepare and he’s someone who’s famous enough that he thinks that this is probably beneath him to do this,” she continued.
“There were jokes that could have been used to fill up an entire set that would have been amazing, but either they couldn’t get him on the phone enough to work out something, he didn’t practice enough or he just picked a bad premise and then he had to stick to it the whole time,” the 39-year-old added.
Glaser also participated in the roast and had a complete different reaction to Affleck. She had the crowds in fits of laughter as she made jokes about his divorce from Gisele Bündchen.
However, Ben wasn’t the only one who received a poor reception from the audience. Reality TV superstar Kim Kardashian, who was once rumored to date Brady, was ‘booed’ by the crowd.
The star was surrounded by ‘split’ rumors from wife Jennifer Lopez following roast
If being ‘slammed’ for his roast performance wasn’t enough, the Batman star was then surrounded by ‘split rumors’ with his wife Jennifer Lopez.
The day after the live show was the Met Gala, which the On The Floor star was co-chairing, along with celebrities including Zendaya. Bennifer fans were excited to see the couple walk the red carpet together, but unfortunately, Ben couldn’t make it.
By this point, the pair hadn’t been spotted in public together since the end of March, and Affleck had been spotted without his wedding band.
Last week, sources reportedly told InTouch that the 51-year-old had “moved out of the family home,” and that they were “headed for a divorce.”
However, the latest pics of the two from this weekend may have ‘shut down’ these rumors as they can be seen smiling in the car together after going for dinner.
Ben’s phone could also be seen receiving a call from Lopez, who was listed under Jennifer Affleck in his phone, along with a photo of her. She was next to him in the car, so fans are unsure why she was calling him, but it may have been their way of ‘shutting down’ the rumors without commenting.
