Ukraine will receive a new batch of military assistance from the Netherlands. This includes YPR-765 armored vehicles, according to the Ministries of Defense of the Netherlands and Ukraine.

Dutch Minister of Defense Kajsa Ollongren has announced that her country will soon supply YPR armored vehicles to the Ukrainian armed forces. YPRs are equipped with remotely controlled combat modules, allowing the crew to operate weapons from inside the vehicle. The machines can also provide fire support on the battlefield.

"It is very important that we continue to support Ukraine," Minister Ollongren said.

According to her, the vehicles are maneuverable, can quickly move troops, and can be used for reconnaissance, offensive, and defensive purposes. YPRs will arrive in Ukraine in the shortest possible time, but no information regarding exact quantities and types of armaments is provided. To date, the Netherlands has supplied a total of 207 YPRs of various types.

Military Assistance from the Netherlands

The Netherlands has been providing significant military support to Ukraine from the early days of the war. At present, Kyiv is awaiting F-16 fighter jets from Amsterdam.

Recently, the new coalition government of the Netherlands promised to continue providing military support to Ukraine.
