Muse frontman Matt Bellamy is a father of three

Muse frontman Matt Bellamy has welcomed his third child into the world.

The 'Time Is Running Out' rocker's model wife, Elle Evans, 34, gave birth to the couple's second child, George Julien-Wade Bellamy - who is named after Matt's father - on Mother's Day in the US (12.05.24).

The date is also poignant as it's Elle's mom Julie's birthday.

Elle - who also has daughter Lovella, four, with the musician, who she tied the knot with in 2019 - sang her spouse's praises and gushed that it's an "honour to bring another brilliant Bellamy into existence."

Alongside a series of photographs of the newborn with his family, she wrote on Instagram: "We are so pleased to announce the arrival of our new baby angel boy, George Julien-Wade Bellamy.

Born on Sunday May 12, 2024. The most special blessing born on Mother’s Day and what would’ve been my late Mother’s 60th birthday. Named after Matt’s Dad George, my Mom Julie, and my cowboy dad Billy Wade Evans. He arrived healthy, happy, and handsome as ever!!! We are obsessed and basking in newborn heavenly bliss!!! I am recovering well and he has already settled into such a nice routine. So grateful to my wonderfully perfect husband @mattbellamy for being so supportive and by my side every step of the way! It’s an honor to bring another brilliant Bellamy into existence! (sic)"

Matt, 45, is also father to Bingham, 12, with his ex-fiancé, Hollywood actress Kate Hudson, 45, and she recently admitted she would happily babysit his children.

Kate - who also has Ryder, 20, with ex-husband Chris Robinson, and five-year-old Rani with her fiancé Danny Fujikawa - is "so happy" to have what she calls a "real family unit" around her because she can see everyone feels "safe" amid the setup.

Referring to Lovella, she told PEOPLE: "I'm like 'Yeah, bring her over!' And I'm sitting with all the kids and I'm like, I am so happy we have this real family unit that’s big. It’s beautiful. Everybody’s open to it and understands it’s the most mature thing for the kids. And you can see it in them — they feel loved, they feel protected, they feel safe."
