Two West Norfolk surgeries have been given health equipment to help with monitoring patients.
Heacham Group Practice’s Snettisham Surgery and Heacham Surgery have both been donated health monitors thanks to the Heacham Group Practice Amenity Fund.
The machines will be used by the practice to support staff in monitoring the height, weight, and blood pressure of registered patients.
This information is used to help the practices provide treatment and advice to patients in the management of their care and to identify health problems that may become more serious at an early stage.
As with all funding of equipment and services for patients, the surgeries welcome ideas as to how funds can be best allocated to improve the health of the people of Snettisham and Heacham.
