After some weather delayed the start of the Big Ten Tournament, action is finally underway for Day 1 from Omaha. Just two games are now scheduled to be played on Tuesday, with four originally on the calendar.
Despite some ninth-inning action, Indiana was able to take down Purdue in the first matchup of the evening. An offensive explosion in the sixth inning saw five runs cross the plate for the Hoosiers, just being enough to get over the finish line.

Just a couple of hours later, Ohio State dominated Nebraska from start to finish. The game was over by the seventh inning, with the Buckeyes earning a run rule. Something head coach Bill Mosiello will enjoy with a long week ahead.
