Guess what? We’ll have Oregon football back in 100 days. While that seems like a long ways out, it will get here faster than you think.

This season is a special season for many reasons. New conference, new opponents, new rivalries and a new playoff format.

Oregon will kick off its 2024 season against the Idaho Vandals at home. However Oregon will open up Big-Ten play against UCLA on September 28 in Los Angeles.

This is Dan Lanning’s third season at Oregon. His head coaching record sits at 22-5 with the Ducks. The Ducks have been tabbed as a top five team from many of the national outlets. Oregon has brought in back-to-back top 10 recruiting classes and some of the nation’s top transfers.

Earlier this week I offered up my three most intriguing games for Oregon football this season.

Oregon will finish its season on Nov. 30 hosting the Washington Huskies.
