As Memorial Day Weekend gets closer, the weather in Indianapolis does not look promising. Kyle Larson is a little worried about it. The worry is growing for the NASCAR driver as he looks to attempt The Double.

1100 miles of racing, two different series, one day. It’s a feat that only four other drivers have ever attempted. Only Tony Stewart has finished on the lead lap of both races in the same attempt.

Kyle Larson is hoping to become the fifth driver to complete The Double and second to finish on the lead lap for both races. The only thing standing in his way at the moment is the terrible forecast that calls for storms all day Sunday in Indy.

Speaking with the media, Larson revealed that he is growing concerned with the prospect of having to pick one race over the other.

“It just has to come down to game-time decisions…hopefully the weather gods work out for us and we can get both races in,” Larson said via Nick Carboni of WCNC.

This is a developing story…
