On3 No. 1 IOL Carius Curne locks in three SEC official visits

2025 OL Carius Curne

At the end of March, Marion (Ark.) four-star interior offensive lineman Carius Curne decommitted from Arkansas, re-opening his recruitment.

The 6-foot-4, 230-pounder announced on Thursday that he has locked in three official visits, set to begin next weekend with a trip to Missouri on May 31. He’ll return to Arkansas the following weekend and will then head to Baton Rouge for his OV with LSU on June 14.

Curne is the No. 25 overall prospect and top-ranked IOL in the 2025 On300. He checks in at No. 82 overall and No. 5 at his position in the On3 Industry Ranking, a weighted average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies. He’s also the No. 1 player in Arkansas.

“I have decided to de-commit from the University of Arkansas,” Curne wrote on March 25. “I have the utmost respect for the coaching staff and appreciate their hard work during my recruitment. I hope that everyone will respect my decision as I attempt to do what is best for me and my family.”

Immediately following Curne’s decommitment, LSU began to trend for his pledge in the On3 Recruiting Prediction Machine. Tigers recruiting insiders Shea Dixon and Billy Embody each logged picks in favor of LSU swooping in for the trench monster.

“They love this guy, and I think that one’s going their way right now,” On3 VP of Recruiting Steve Wiltfong said regarding Curne and LSU earlier this month.
