Kim Kardashian may be one of 'most hated' celebrities but her lingerie brand tops charts

Kim Kardashian, the founder of SKIMS, is absolutely killing it. A new study reveals that her company is the most popular celebrity brand across the entire globe, beating Savage x Fenty by Rihanna.

As if Kim Kardashian isn’t already thriving on a personal level, such as acting in American Horror Story and starring in the family reality show, The Kardashians, she’s only gone and won in business.

Kim Kardashian’s SKIMS tops charts

Kim’s company, SKIMS, is the most popular celebrity clothing brand in the world, a study by QR Code Generator shows. Ranking above her sisters and ex-husband’s companies, she’s doing amazing, sweetie.

The study, which analyzed the average Trustpilot reviews of each brand, their Instagram followings, and Google Keyword Planner search data, found SKIMS gets over 3.4 million searches a month.

It also has an incredible 5.9 million followers on Instagram and receives an average rating of 3.8 out of 5 on Trustpilot – highlighting the satisfaction that consumers have with the brand.

Singer Rihanna has a very successful company called Savage x Fenty, but Kim’s is more popular, according to the stats. The brand receives more than 384,000 searches each month, but has a higher review rating of 4.5 stars.

Third place is Fabletics, co-founded by Kate Hudson, which Kim’s sister, Khloé Kardashian, has collaborated with for gym wear, while fourth place sits Kanye’s brand, Yeezy, which Kim often wears.

In fifth place is Khloe’s brand, Good American, with a monthly search volume of 217,000, and an average rating of 4 out of 5 stars on Trustpilot, followed by The Jessica Simpson Collection.

Company’s success since launch

Founded by Kim Kardashian and Emma Grede, the SKIMS company was valued at more than $4 billion in July 2023, almost four years since its successful launch on September 10, 2019 and more than $2 million in profit.

With a focus on body inclusivity, the lingerie brand is highly praised by the likes of top influencers, such as Molly-Mae. Kardashian’s former husband, Kanye West, was credited for creating the firm’s logo.

Having designed her own shapewear for 15 years, Kim was inspired to launch the company by her own creative work of altering clothes, and it shows, as the first launch sold out in ten minutes!
