The Ukrainian military has released a video of yesterday's downing of a Russian Su-25 attack aircraft in the Donetsk region, according to the Facebook page of the 110th Separate Mechanized Brigade named after General-Major Marko Bezruchko.
The footage shows a shot from a portable anti-aircraft missile system and the hitting of the enemy aircraft.
The incident occurred in the Pokrovsk direction in the Donetsk region.
Downing of enemy Su-25 in Ukrainian skies
On Saturday, May 25, the Ukrainian military shot down a Russian Su-25 attack aircraft in the Donetsk region.
This marks the eighth aircraft of this type downed by our defenders this month. The previous elimination occurred on May 23 by fighters of the same 110th Separate Mechanized Brigade.
On May 22, Defense Forces downed a Su-25 in the Pokrovsk direction.
