A hard end to the Coca-Cola 600 for defending race winner Ryan Blaney. He got into the wall and had too much damage to continue. The pit crew couldn’t get the NASCAR champion’s front right wheel off the car.

The Coke 600 is a battle of attrition and Ryan Blaney lost that battle this year. He wasn’t knocked up the track or anything. Blaney had a moment on the track and got into the wall. The toe link was busted and the wheel was more or less stuck where it was.

Blaney got out of the car quickly and ended his night.
