The occupiers report that strikes were carried out on the outskirts of Luhansk.

According to Ostrov, a fire broke out near the Higher Aviation Navigators School.

According to local residents, the strike targeted the territory of the Luhansk Aircraft Repair Plant. Pro-Russian militants were stationed there before the start of the full-scale invasion. Russian military equipment was also observed in the area.
