PSG's €100m bid for Kylian Mbappe replacement confirmed by agent

The agent of Napoli winger Khvicha Kvaratskhelia has confirmed Paris Saint-Germain have made an offer to sign the Georgia international this summer.

PSG are planning for a future without Kylian Mbappe, who will depart on a free transfer this summer. While the French side will not receive a transfer fee, they will save around €200m in costs and plan to reinvest that money in the squad.

Amid reports that Kvaratskhelia is attracting interest from Saudi Arabia, the 23-year-old's agent has revealed it is PSG who are pushing hardest for his signature.

"The interest in Kvaratskhelia from Saudi Arabia is not true," agent Mamuka Jugeli told La Gazzetta dello Sport. "There is interest and an offer from PSG, everything depends on the decision of Napoli and its president."

According to Gianluca Di Marzio, PSG's offer to Napoli is worth a whopping €100m.

News of PSG's bid for Kvaratskhelia comes after head coach Luis Enrique admitted he wanted several signings to help fill the void left behind by Mbappe's departure.

"How will we replace Mbappe? Four, five, six signings...whatever we can do," he said. "Kylian's replacement will be the team, which with the fans we have and the ambition this club has to win everything we will try in the coming seasons and we will see if we are capable of achieving it.

"It is a great challenge for any player who wants to come here. We want to make history." This club sooner or later will win that long-awaited Champions League. Years may pass, but it will win the Champions League in the future without a doubt."

90min understands Napoli teammate Victor Osimhen is also of interest to PSG, as is Manchester United forward Marcus Rashford.
