Houston Texans sign WR Nico Collins to three-year contract extension

The Houston Texans have signed receiver Nico Collins to a three-year contract extension, Diana Russini of The Athletic reported. He is expected to make roughly $24 million per year as part of the new deal.

Collins is coming off of a career season in which he finished with 80 catches for 1,297 yards and eight touchdowns to lead the team. The Michigan alum just wrapped up his third pro season after being selected in the third round of the 2021 NFL Draft.
