In Kharkiv, the search operations at the site of the attack by Russian occupiers on hypermarket Epitsentr, which occurred on May 25th, have been completed, according to the Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, Ihor Klymenko.

He stated that the police have identified all 19 bodies of those killed as a result of Russian airstrikes on the construction hypermarket. This was made possible thanks to the DNA laboratory.

According to Klymenko, forensic experts conducted over 100 examinations in total. 16 relatives of the victims provided biological samples to the police. Canine units were also involved in the search.

"As a result of the strikes on a regular hypermarket in Kharkiv, 12 men and 7 women were killed. Among the victims were a 17-year-old boy and a 12-year-old girl. Another 54 people were injured," Klymenko emphasized.

On Saturday, May 25th, Russian forces targeted the Epitsentr construction hypermarket in Kharkiv with guided airstrikes.

The hostile attack resulted in destruction, with fatalities and injuries reported.

Several days later, another unexploded aerial bomb was found near the hypermarket building. According to the prosecutors, if it had hit its target, the number of casualties could have been much higher.
