Four-star Sadiq White, one of the top power forwards in the 2025 class, has committed to Syracuse and head coach Adrian Autry, he announced live on the On3 Recruits YouTube Channel.
In addition to the Orange, the 6-foot-8 rising senior out of Charlotte also received offers from Alabama, Georgetown, LSU, Tennessee, Texas, USC, and others.
According to the On3 Industry Rankings, White is the No. 26 overall prospect in the 2025 cycle. He’s also the No. 6 power forward prospect. The On3 Industry Ranking is a weighted average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies.
Scouting Report
“Sadiq White has a lot of physical tools. At 6-foot-8, he has long arms, broad shoulders, and an explosively athletic frame. Out in transition is where White is at his best, filling the lanes and racing toward the rim. When locked in, there is the upside to becoming an excellent defender. He can move his feet on the ball and get in the passing lanes off the ball. Offensively, White will have to develop his ball handling and ability to get by his man, especially going right.
