Former President Donald Trump demanded Friday that the House Freedom Caucus chairman get off his political lawn, according to a new report.

Trump campaign attorney David Warrington on Friday sent Rep. Bob Good (R-VA) a cease and desist letter over yard signs that bear both his and Trump's names, according to Punchbowl News congressional reporter Mica Soellner,

"Producing and displaying materials that give the false impression that President Trump is supportive of your candidacy is a fraud on the voters of Virginia's 5th Congressional District," the letter states.

"It is an abuse of the voters' trust to make such false statements."

The letter arrived after Trump endorsed Good's opponent, retired Navy SEAL and alleged Jan. 6 attendee John McGuire.

Warrington accuses Good of trying to defraud voters by using Trump's name and image.

"If you are using President Trump's name, image, or likeness in any of your fundraising materials implying that he supports your campaign — that is a fraud on the donors," the letter states.

"There are a lot of unscrupulous people and groups who seek to make money off President Trump's name and Campaign."

The letter concludes by warning Good to "immediately" stop producing the offending campaign materials and items.

Good, himself a far-right lawmaker who participated in the rogue bid to overthrow Kevin McCarthy from the House speakership, has faced a rocky relationship with GOP leadership for months, including his decision to back a convicted Capitol rioter's unsuccessful primary bid in neighboring West Virginia.

He reportedly begged House Speaker Mike Johnson (R-LA) for an endorsement behind the scenes, that never came.

Just before Trump issued an endorsement in the race, both Good and McGuire made the trek to New York to rail against Trump's criminal hush money trial in Manhattan. Trump was convicted on all charges earlier this week.
