£30m Liverpool target could be sold by the end of June with selling club in dire financial position

Liverpool could get the chance to sign one of their top summer targets before June even ends.

The Reds are being linked with a whole host of players already, with Arne Slot just a few days into being officially in charge of proceedings.

The likes of Mohammed Kudus and Teun Koopmeiners are just two of the names being linked with a move to Anfield this summer, while others have also been thrown in.

One of those other players being heavily linked with a move to the Reds is Leeds United winger, Crysencio Summerville.

And according to a fresh report today, Summerville could even be on his way in the next few weeks.

Leeds might need to sell Crysencio Summerville before the end of June

According to a report from The Mirror, Leeds are under pressure to make some sales before they submit their financial results.

That deadline is the end of June and it’s claimed that Leeds could well sell Summerville before that date.

Further, it’s suggested that Crystal Palace are now keen on Summerville as well as they look to find potential replacements for the likes of Ebere Eze and Michael Olise.

Of course, Liverpool are interested in Summerville and it’s been suggested this weekend that the Reds could be ready to strike for the young winger.

Chelsea are also keen, with Leeds apparently valuing the former Feyenoord man at at least £30m.

Someone is going to bite the bullet with Summerville

The Leeds winger had an outstanding last season with the Whites and it’s little wonder he is the one being looked at by Premier League clubs.

However, it does seem we are getting a different update on Summerville almost by the week, sometimes even by the day.

Eventually, a club is going to have to bite the bullet and make their move, especially if Leeds are keen on selling before the end of June.

Summerville is clearly a very talented young player but so far, it’s like clubs are just tentatively prodding.

Eventually, a concrete bid will need to come in. Whether Liverpool make that bid, remains to be seen.
