"I hurt myself and couldn’t work out the way I wanted to for almost two months," Kardashian wrote below the inspirational clip. "Working my way back little by little 💪🏽 a few more weeks and I’ll be there. Then I have to stay ready, so I don’t need to get ready 🤸🏼‍♀️."

The Good American co-founder didn't reveal how she got hurt, but the fans in the comments section sent her lots of love on her healing journey. "Girl, you are so strong! Those are not easy moves!" one social media user commented below the post.

"Glad you’re on the mend❤️," a second person chimed in.

"See you CAN workout around injuries! 👏👏 I feel you and one day at a time!" a third added.

Kardashian has been extremely transparent about her health and relationship with her body over the years. "I've worked really hard because I used to be overweight a lot of my life....I've always been even chubby like athletic," she said on the "SHE MD" podcast, hosted by Mary Alice Haney and board-certified OBGYN, Dr. Thais Aliabadi.

"I just was never in shape. My thing is more the food because I have the determination. So I had to retrain my mind as to what I could eat, what I couldn't eat. I did every diet under the sun when I was younger, but now I work out five days a week," the reality star admitted.

"I do cardiovascular intervals with weightlifting....But now that I'm in a good place body-wise that I like, I do sort of eat what I want, but because my brain is so trained, you don't even want half of the c--- or junk," Kardashian noted. "Or if you do want something like pizza is my weakness. But now that I am in this different state of my mind, I'm never going to eat a full pizza, but it's retraining your brain."

The Kocktails with Khloé star has also confessed that the way the public perceived her physique contributed to her weight loss. "I had the most confidence. I was chubby, in a skintight dress, you couldn't tell me otherwise. Society gave me insecurities," she explained in a separate interview.

"I've been torn apart the minute that I've gone on TV. I didn't look like my sisters, so therefore, it's not good enough," she admitted. "Then when I started, whatever, changing my look, you get better makeup, you do fillers, you do whatever, I had a nose job, and there's still people constantly bullying you."
