Florida survived a harrowing run through the NCAA Regionals over the weekend, climbing out of the loser’s bracket and advancing at the expense of Oklahoma State.
And a couple Gators added insult to injury for the Cowboys during their travels back from Stillwater.

A picture of Florida pitchers Brandon Neely and Fisher Jameson began circulating on the Internet and social media on Monday evening, with the duo taking a pointed shot at Oklahoma State with their chosen attire. Check it out below.
Florida certainly did plenty of damage to Oklahoma State, who hosted the regional, during the course of the last few days.
The Cowboys were the first team to win two games, advancing to the winner’s bracket by beating the Gators 7-1 in the fourth game of the regional. Florida would claw its way back to a rematch by knocking off Nebraska.
But a daunting task remained: Florida had to beat Oklahoma State twice in a row to advance.
A 5-2 victory on Sunday evening set up a winner-take-all showdown on Monday afternoon and Florida once again came out victorious, this time winning 4-2.
Neely was a superstar in the first of the two meetings against the Cowboys, earning the right to wear the shirt shown above. He threw 5.2 innings and allowed just one hit. He struck out 11 while walking three.
Jameson was also terrific against Oklahoma State, throwing 3.1 hit-less innings on Monday afternoon. He struck out four.
Florida’s superstar Jac Caglianone praised Jameson and the rest of the pitching staff for helping the team advance.
“I mean, it means everything. I mean, I feel like I shouldn’t be the one wearing this headset,” Caglianone said on a postgame broadcast. “Fisher Jameson, Jake Clemente, Frank (Menendez), all these guys held their ground. We were asking for them to just go out and do their job and that’s exactly what they did. I’m just really grateful for this group of guys. Like you said ups and downs throughout the year, but honestly, none of that matters now in the postseason.”
To the victors go the spoils. Which apparently include a fresh set of T-shirts.
