A council is hunting for flytippers after a truck dumped tonnes of soil in the middle of a road.
Dartford council would like to speak to anyone who may have witnessed the huge mountain of dirt being tipped from a truck in Birchwood Road between 2am and 3am last Friday.
Cameras captured the moment but officers are hoping for more information from anyone in the area.
They would like to speak to to the driver of a vehicle that had to stop and wait for a truck to reverse into the recycling bay, and a vehicle that came up behind a tipper truck on Birchwood Road just before the junction with Leydenhatch Lane.
The incident is thought to be linked to another that occurred overnight on New Barn Road the same evening.
