Six Manchester United players departing as full retained list sent to the Premier League

Manchester United have officially announced their retained list after the 23/24 season and sent it off to the Premier League. Here is everyone who has been included.

As Manchester United look to embark on the next campaign, it remains somewhat a period of uncertainty for many around Old Trafford.

The Manchester United first-team squad should be getting a revamp under Sir Jim Ratcliffe and his Ineos team, meaning there should be more than a few names set to depart.

A few have already been confirmed to depart this summer, with the club officially releasing their retained list.

Anthony Martial and Raphael Varane, as previously known, have left for good – and will be joined by Brandon Williams and Charlie McNeill. Academy stars Marcus Lawrence and Kai Plumley also exit at the end of their current terms.

Some big news is that discussions remain open for Jonny Evans, Tom Heaton and Shola Shoretire for new deals, whilst Omari Forson has been formally presented with a new contract.
