Bishop’s Stortford Community Football Club is hosting a summer tournament over the weekend of Saturday and Sunday June 29-30.
The five-a-side and six-a-side cup and plate competitions, for under-eights to under-12s and under-eight girls to under-12 girls, will take place at Friedberg Avenue.
Entry ranges from £40 to £45 per team and there will also be a cafe, bar, stalls and boot swap.
The club’s tournament committee said: “Respect and positive support is very important to us and Respect barriers will be present around all pitches to ensure the children have adequate space to enjoy their matches. This also allows all managers and coaches an appropriate area to manage their teams.
“Spectators will remain behind these barriers and we also ask that no one stands around or behind the goals.
“Join us in making the events a fun and positive experience for all involved. We hope you will all have a great day with us.”
