Real Madrid star highlights the unseen quality Kylian Mbappe does not get credit for

Real Madrid have now confirmed that Kylian Mbappe will join their squad, in one of the biggest signings in football history.

Mbappe will join from Paris Saint-Germain, and Real Madrid fans will get to see their new Galactico in action before he links up with his new teammates as he will represent France at the European Championships.

The attacker is renowned for his speed, incredible dribbling and devastating finishing, as he joins Real Madrid with a better goal record than what Cristiano Ronaldo managed at Manchester United prior to his own Galactico move.

Mbappe is a familiar face to some of his Real Madrid colleagues, and he has already played with Eduardo Camavinga for France.

Speaking to the press whilst on National duty with France, Camavinga claimed that whilst Mbappe is rightfully lauded for his attacking qualities, he is still underrated when it comes to his passing ability.

“Nothing has changed, I have nothing more to say,” he stated of linking up with Mbappe now his move has been confirmed.

“People don’t necessarily see Mbappe’s qualities as a passer. I don’t know what [Carlo] Ancelotti thinks, he’ll make the right decisions to line everyone up. We’ll see next season.”

In addition to his remarkable skill and clinical finishing, Mbappe is also outstanding at passing, as Camavinga has highlighted.

Mbappe has provided 108 assists for PSG, and he also ranks in the top 4% of European forwards for progressive passes, volume of passes attempted and pass accuracy.

Despite being a forward, the Frenchman is better than a lot of midfielders when it comes to passing, and his all-round skillset may mean he adapts to Real Madrid’s team with more ease than expected.
