Russia's losses in Ukraine as of June 7: 1,080 troops and 64 artillery systems

Russian losses in the Ukraine war for the period from June 6 to June 7 amounted to 1,080 occupiers. Since the beginning of the full-scale invasion, the aggressor country has lost over 516,080 soldiers. Additionally, within 24 hours, the Ukrainian Armed Forces destroyed a ship and 64 artillery systems, according to the command of the Ukrainian Ground Forces.

The total Russian combat losses from February 24, 2022, to June 7, 2024, are estimated as follows:

  • Personnel: 516,080 (+1,080) eliminated

  • APV (Armored personnel vehicles): 15,096 (+20)
  • Artillery systems: 13,437 (+64)
  • MLRS (Multiple launch rocket systems): 1,095

On the night of June 7, Russian forces launched Shahed-type attack drones towards Ukraine. Explosions were subsequently heard in Odesa.

Later in the morning, Russians launched missiles from Tu-95 strategic bombers, causing explosions in the Khmelnytskyi region.

In the Kyiv region, a fire broke out at an industrial facility due to the drone and missile strikes.
