The video discusses team updates and player analysis on who we feel are the most overlooked Longhorns in 2024.

The player updates include:

CJ Baxter; highlighted as an overlooked dynamic running back. Despite injuries, Baxter is expected to have a strong season with improved power and decisiveness.
DeAndre Moore; a consistent wide receiver known for his speed and blocking abilities. Has a strong connection with quarterbacks, especially Arch Manning.
Morice Blackwell; a versatile and hyper-athletic linebacker. Although overlooked, he’s expected to play significantly this season.
Jaylon Gillbeau; a promising nickel back who had a standout spring practice. Expected to play more, especially when senior Jay Baron shifts to cornerback.

The recruiting updates include:

Brandon Brown; defensive tackle from Melbourne, Florida. Currently committed to Texas but considering other schools like LSU and Tennessee.
Josiah Sharma; a highly sought-after defensive lineman from Sacramento. Texas is in the running alongside Alabama and Oregon, with potential family ties to Texas being a factor.
Myron Charles; defensive lineman from Florida. Texas has a good chance if the visit goes well.
Javon Hilson; edge-rusher considering Texas, currently committed to Florida State. Open to leaving the state.
Caleb Chester; defensive back with high interest from Texas. Likely to commit to Texas soon.
Michael Terry III; top-rated athlete preferring offense, which may limit his fit with Texas.
Kaleb Edwards; tight end prospect from California. Texas needs two tight ends this cycle, with Edwards being a strong candidate.
