Passing out parade of IMA's 394 cadets including 39 from overseas held in Dehradun

Dehradun (Uttarakhand) [India], June 8 (ANI): The passing out parade of the 154th regular and 137th technical graduate course of the Indian Military Academy was held at the Cadets Cheswood Drill Square in Dehradun on Saturday.

Northern Command General Officer Commanding-in-Chief Lieutenant General MV Suchindra Kumar took the salute at the passing out parade.

IMA Commandant Lieutenant General Sandeep Jain and Deputy Commandant Major General Alok Naresh were also present.

Among the 394 cadets passing out from IMA on Saturday, 39 are foreign cadets.

The 355 Indian cadets will join different corps of the army and go to serve in every corner of the country, said the Army in a statement.

IMA came into existence on October 1, 1932.

The Gentlemen Cadets who have passed out from the academy include foreign cadets from friendly countries. (ANI)
