According to Kendall Rogers of D1 Baseball, LSU pitcher Cam Johnson has entered the NCAA transfer portal. Johnson just wrapped up his freshman season in Baton Rouge and was a highly recruited player coming out of IMG Academy.
Head coach Jay Johnson was able to sign one of the top players last cycle but Johnson has decided to put himself back on the market following the 2024 season.

“Just updated the @d1baseball Transfer Tracker with several updates, including #LSU LHP Cam Johnson entering tonight,” Rogers said via X. “Johnson has a long way to go, but is clearly a premium arm. I’m intrigued to see where he ends up.”
