Former President Donald Trump spoke at a Las Vegas rally over the weekend in extreme heat and he remarked that he didn't have access to the TelePrompters that he normally does — before launching into a speech that was apparently completely off the cuff.

The co-hosts of "The View" commented that it showed how much the over the years. They first played a clip of Trump at Sunday's Nevada rally.

"So, you're always concerned I'm smoking something. ?" asked Whoopi Goldberg — known for being a cannabis user.

She followed up by playing a clip of the interview Trump did with Dr. Phil McGraw last week in which he justified his determination for revenge over his prosecutions.

"I don't know what is going on," Goldberg said about the interview.

"So, the first part, that literally sounds like me after, like, four espresso martinis: shark, water, boat, bizarre," former White House communications director Alyssa Farah Griffin said of her ex-boss's Vegas speech.

"This election has been about mental acuity and the stamina of these two presidential candidates who are the oldest in history, and I have at times been critical of Joe Biden," she continued. "If you are going to be critical of Joe Biden, you have to look at the glaring warning signs of Donald Trump."

She explained that Trump is nothing like he was in 2016.

"He was never eloquent," she noted. "It's not like he was William Shakespeare by any means. But I'm seeing a decline in him, and others have said it. ... (From confusing] to confusing the presidents of Hungary and Turkey. To confusing Obama and Biden left and right. He does this constantly. He's not where he once was."

She went on to say that she thinks the stress of losing the 2020 election, the indictments, the trials, convictions and accountability are "all just piling up."

"I don't think he's as sharp as he once was," said Griffin. "And I don't understand how his voters don't see that."
