Police appeal for witnesses after motorcyclist died two days after crash in Syderstone

Police are appealing for witnesses after a man died following a collision in Syderstone.

The incident occurred at 8.34am on Sunday, on the B1454 in the direction of Docking, when a black Triumph motorcycle left the road.

The road was closed while emergency services attended the scene, including fire and ambulance crews and the air ambulance.

The motorcyclist, a man in his 50s, was taken to Addenbrooke’s Hospital in Cambridge by air ambulance with life-threatening injuries,

He died yesterday.

The road reopened at around 2.30pm on Sunday.

Officers would like to hear from anyone who may have witnessed the collision or who has any relevant dashcam footage.
