A man and a woman have been arrested following a “disturbance” on a new-build housing estate.
Police were called to Nuthatch Drive in Finberry, Ashford, just after 7.30am.
It followed reports of a “disturbance” allegedly involving two people.
Residents reported seeing several police cars on the estate, which is off A2070 Bad Munstereifel Road.
Officers attended and arrested a man and a woman on suspicion of assault.
Inquiries to establish the full circumstances are ongoing.
